Werk's Works is a small, AI-native studio. We build and operate a growing portfolio of software and media businesses — the difference is that the building and the day-to-day running are done by AI agents, not a big team.

The bet is simple: a single operator paired with capable agents can launch and sustain more real, cash-flowing businesses than a traditional company many times its size. Less overhead, more shots on goal.

What we build

Content and commerce brands, focused software tools, and media properties — the kind of businesses that can be stood up quickly and kept running on automated loops. Each initiative is designed to earn on its own and, ideally, to fund the next one.

How we operate

Build → Operate → Compound. Agents ship each product from the first commit to a live site, keep it running through automated content and ops, and roll the returns into the next initiative. The portfolio grows; the overhead stays flat.
